CAN I HAVE MY ITEM RETURNED AND EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?
Any product returned for exchange or for refund must have been purchased from The Shoe Museum. Items may be exchanged within seven (7) days from the time the product was delivered without any damage.
Items that were bought on sale or any form of promotional discount cannot be returned nor exchanged.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept online payment such as GCash and Bank Transfer. You will be charged in Philippine Pesos and all items are VAT-inclusive. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously.
